Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) has released Advertisement No. CPRI/06/2026 for recruitment to various posts in different locations across India. A total of 110 vacancies are available for eligible Indian candidates.
Candidates with 10th, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., Graduation and Engineering qualifications can apply for different posts as per the required eligibility. The online application process started on 19 September 2026 and the last date to apply is 12 October 2026.

Educational Qualification
10th Pass: Technical Attendant Gr.1 and MTS Gr.1.
ITI: Technician Gr.1 in Electrical/Mechanical.
Diploma: Engineering Assistant posts.
B.Sc. Chemistry: Scientific Assistant with 5 years relevant experience.
The post-wise upper age limit is 25, 28, 30 or 35 years, depending on the post. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules. The crucial date for age and qualification is 12 October 2026.
The selection process varies according to the post. Engineering Officer selection will be based on GATE score, while other posts involve CBT, Skill Test, Trade Test or Proficiency Test as applicable.
