Indian Coast Guard Bharti 2026: The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has released Mumbai Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2026 for Notification No. CGRHQ(WEST)/01/2026 for the recruitment of 6 civilian posts on a direct recruitment basis. The vacancies are available for Store Keeper Grade II, Engine Driver, Lascar, Civilian Motor Transport Driver, MTS (Peon) and MTS (Chowkidar).
Eligible Indian citizens can apply through the prescribed application format. The last date for receiving applications is 3 November 2026.

Indian Coast Guard Bharti 2026 Age Limit
The age limit is 18–25 years for Store Keeper, 18–30 years for Engine Driver and Lascar, and 18–27 years for Driver, MTS Peon and MTS Chowkidar. Applicable age relaxation is available as per Government rules.
Indian Coast Guard Bharti 2026 Selection Process
Candidates will go through application scrutiny, document verification, biometric verification and a written examination. A trade test will be conducted wherever applicable.
The written exam will be 1 hour, with 80 objective questions carrying 1 mark each and no negative marking. The syllabus includes General Knowledge, Mathematics, General English and relevant trade questions.

Candidates must fill the prescribed application form in English or Hindi and attach self-attested copies of the required documents, including photo ID, educational certificates, category certificate, experience certificate, NOC (if applicable) and two recent photographs. A separate envelope with a ₹50 postal stamp is also required.
